Magnetic Flux around Current Carrying Conductor Calculator
getcalc.com's Ampere's Law Calculator is an online physics tool to calculate the magnitude of magnetic field around the infinitely long current carrying straight conductor.
Definition & Formula
Ampere's law states that for any closed loop path, the sum of the length elements times the magnetic field in the direction of the length element is equal to the permeability times the electric current enclosed with in the loop. The magnetic field around the current carrying conductor is perpendicular to the conductor surface and proportional to the magnitude of the electric current flowing through it. The magnetic field often denoted by the alphabet B and is measured in Tesla or Gauss.
